These books will include photos of your child at Midcity, and will have examples of their artwork. Learning stories and observations will also be collected to show how they have grown in these informative years. These books will be available for you and your family at all times, and will help the staff to plan appropriately for your child. Family Focus / Functions We believe that siblings attending the centre should have the opportunity to spend time together. We will do this whenever possible.
We will be taking the children for a walk every fortnight when the weather allows! We also plan a trip for the older children at least once per term, for example, our recent trips to Butterfly Creek, the fire station and Hamilton Zoo, as well as regular trips to the river, the movie theatre and to local schools. We will never be as important as you, their parent, but while they are with us we will love them and hug them, we will ensure every physical need is met from nappies to lunch to snuggly sleeps, we will challenge their minds and build their self-esteem. We will do this, if you will let us, in full partnership with you.
